Orders can typically be modified or cancelled if they haven’t been packed yet. Contact us as quickly as possible by phone at (863) 421-9100 after placing your order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return upon delivery.

We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase or delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened hair care, skincare, and cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are defective or arrived damaged.

Wigs and hair extensions can be returned only if they are unworn, uncut, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags intact. Once a wig has been worn or altered, we are unable to accept it back. Our staff are always happy to help you choose the right style before you buy.

For in-store purchases, bring the item and your receipt to us at 1689 E. Hinson Ave within the return window. For online orders, email menatbeautysupply@ymail.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you from there.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit on your statement.
